About Custom Travel Network

Custom Travel Network is a private travel design studio. We plan, price and operate tailor-made journeys for discerning travelers: families, alumni and university groups, and small parties who would rather have a trip built around them than choose one from a catalogue.

This application is the studio's operating system. It carries a trip from the first enquiry through to the last transfer: proposal writing and itinerary design, hotel and supplier costing, quotation and invoicing, secure traveler documents, and a live travel briefcase that clients open while they are away, holding flight details, driver meeting times, maps, documents and emergency contacts in one place.

It serves two audiences. Our own small team of travel designers, operations coordinators and accountants runs the day-to-day work here, building journeys, tracking bookings and reconciling payments. Our travelers use it too, through the private portal and journey links we send them, where they review proposals, claim their trip, submit their travel details and follow their journey as it happens. Nothing here is public: every trip page is reached only through a link or code issued to that traveler.

Custom Travel Network designs, builds and maintains this platform in-house. It is written and continuously developed by the same team that uses it every day, with each new release shaped by real journeys in the field.
